Become A Brewer

We are currently accepting brewery applications for Sunday, August 20th only.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is different this year?

We will be featuring breweries and beer sampling both Saturday and Sunday this year. Saturday’s breweries represented by Merrimack Valley Distributing Co. Sunday’s breweries will be primarily self-distributed local MA breweries; however, other breweries from around New England are also welcome.

Is there a rain date?

No. The show goes on rain or shine. No refunds.

When do the gates open and close?

We open the gates at 10:30 and close at 7:00 on Saturday.  On Sunday, we open at 10:30 and close at 5:00.

When do I need to be setup?

Breweries must be onsite and set up no later than 11:00am in order to be inspected by the Town Health Department. Please note that since gates open at 10:30, vehicles may not drive to the beer tents after that time. If you would like to drive heavy items (jockey boxes, CO2 tanks, etc) to the beer tent, you will need to be at the festival by 10:00am.

What are the hours for the beer tastings?

Breweries are expected to provide beer samples between the hours of 12:00 and 6:00 on Saturday, 12:00 and 5:00 on Sunday.  The Rotary Club will have beer available for patrons to sample before and after those hours.

What is provided for each brewery at the festival grounds?

6 ft. Table under Brew Tent
Ice & Barrels
Pouring Assistance if needed
Bar Towels
We will have a refrigerated truck available for the weekend

Do I need to supply my own Jockey Box and CO2?

How much beer do I bring?

The festival has budgeted approximately $300 per brewery for beer.  We understand that this may be a little bit limiting, but this is a charity event – and we need to keep our beer costs in check.

Can I get a preferred location, better signage, a bigger beer budget?

Absolutely — our charities would love it if you would consider becoming an event sponsor!

All of the funds raised from the festival will support a variety of charities, provide local scholarships and projects supported by Westford Rotary Club. Blues N' Brews is a project of the Westford Rotary Charitable Endowment, Inc.
